Even though the trip to Thailand involved a lot of unknowns, one guarantee was that the flight in first class on the Japan Airlines flight from Chicago to Tokyo would be an amazing experience. Having been 18 months since my last trans-Pacific flight, this one flight promised to make the whole trip worthwhile.
