Read about more amazing homes here. A mansion in Villa Park, California can truly claim to he one of a kind as it has a real A-4 Skyhawk fighter jet hanging over its huge atrium-like patio. A quick look at various real estate sites like Realtor.com, Compass.com and Zillow.com all reveal the same thing: nothing but an empty plot of land. Which makes sense because, according to The War Zone, who sent a photographer out to get a better look at the home (and the jet) the mansion isn’t quite yet finished. The home, which is nearing completion, looks ‘hangar inspired,’ and sits atop a bluff among an impressive gaggle of high-priced homes. The A-4 is emblazoned in what appear to be VA-212 markings and is ‘flying’ at a dramatic downward angle that is framed-in perfectly by the structure. The A-4 jet was reportedly purchased in Arizona and then shipped to Orange County where it was disassembled and reassembled in the house’s living room by general contractor, Shear Construction. “Loading up the front end to ship out from the airfield in Tucson, Arizona,” Shear Construction captioned the brief video below. According to Shear Construction, the home will be completed around Christmas and when all is said and done, the A-4 Skyhawk will be hovering over the mansion’s infinity pool.
